Cream of Chicken Soup with Peas and Tomatoes
Ingredients:
1/2 kg chicken breasts (boiled and cut)
1 cup peas
1 cup tomatoes (small cubes)
1 medium onion (chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
3 cups chicken soup (broth)
1/2 cup cooking cream
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons oil or butter
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Method:
Heat the oil or butter in a pot over medium heat.
Sauté the onions and garlic until they are wilted.
Add the tomato sauce and stir well for a minute.
Add the peas, diced tomatoes, and paprika, and stir the ingredients.
Pour the chicken soup and let it boil over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the cream and stir, then add the boiled chicken pieces.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and leave the soup on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Serve the soup hot with a sprinkle of parsley on top.

Mushroom Soup🍪🍠
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1 chopped onion
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken broth
2.5 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup cooking cream
1/2 cup boiled chicken cubes as desired
Chopped parsley as desired
How to prepare:
- In a pot over medium heat, melt the butter, add the onion and garlic and stir until the onion wilts, then add the mushrooms (if the mushrooms are canned, wash them well) and stir with the onion for about a minute.
- Add the flour and stir well with the mushrooms until they are combined.
- Add the chicken broth while stirring constantly, season with salt and pepper, add the milk, stir and let it boil for a minute, then add the cream and continue stirring and let it boil until we get the desired consistency. You can add chicken pieces as desired and serve them in plates.
