1/2 kilo minced meat

1 teaspoon paprika

2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons starch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water (optional for details)

Preparation method:
Prepare the meat: Brown the meat with the meat in a pan over medium heat until cooked through. Drain the mixture, then add the onion and garlic. Stir for 5 minutes until the onion softens.
